• Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund

• Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect

 

To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide order details and clear images of the issue

Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
